Welcome to Care Genix Clinic & Diagnostics. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to medical consultations, diagnostic testing, daycare procedures, and related healthcare services.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Medical Services

• All services are provided by licensed medical professionals, as per the guidelines of the Medical Council of India and applicable state regulations.

• The clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes for treatments or diagnostics.

• For any emergency or life-threatening condition, we advise seeking immediate care at a 24x7 emergency hospital.

2. Appointments & Consultations

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, online platforms, or in person.

• We request patients to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

• In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 2 hours), the consultation fee may be forfeited.

3. Payment & Billing

• All services are chargeable as per the standard clinic tariff available at the reception.

• Payment is to be made in full at the time of service via cash, card, UPI, or other accepted modes.

• Any discount, promotional offer, or referral benefit is at the discretion of the clinic management and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Consultation or service fees once paid are non-refundable, except in case of double payment or cancellation due to unavailability of the doctor or service.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Patient records and personal information are maintained as per applicable privacy laws and internal data protection policies.

• We do not share patient information with any third party without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Diagnostics & Reporting

• All diagnostic tests are performed using standard protocols by qualified professionals.

• Reports will be shared within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur in exceptional situations.

• The clinic is not liable for any delay or impact caused by patient non-cooperation or incorrect/incomplete information.

7. Referrals & Commission Disclosure

• In some cases, external referrals may be made for specialized treatments. Care Genix may receive or provide professional commissions in accordance with ethical standards.

• Referrers (doctors, agents, etc.) must disclose any conflict of interest to the patient.

8. Use of Website & Online Services

• The website is intended for general informational purposes only and not as a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Any appointment booked online is subject to confirmation by our clinic staff.

• Misuse of the online platform or submission of false data may result in cancellation of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for excellence, Care Genix Clinic & Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use or delay.

10. Modifications

• These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
